FAYSAL ASSOCIATES provides telephone and depot based support for products that we sell. Our support for systems that we sell covers the hardware, hardware device drivers and the operating system. We provide “best effort” support for all other issues. We offer our customers an 8-hour response guarantee for all non-critical issues.

FAYSAL ASSOCIATES provides a wide range of support options. Our customers receive guaranteed and measurable support levels that are tailored to the individual customer needs. We are confident that our technical support will exceed your expectations.

For business critical-systems and networks, FAYSAL ASSOCIATES recommends that our customers choose our emergency response service. We support both local and wide area networks and all versions of Windows NT and Novell NetWare. We offer our customers a 4-hour response guarantee for all issues.

FAYSAL ASSOCIATES provides on-site support services for hardware, software and networks. On-site support contracts are available for both our own and other companies products.
